Kastro, a seasoned design teacher for some of Spain's most prestigious companies, began his artistic journey in 2006. He is an avid follower of Abstract Expressionism, but his style has evolved over the years to become unique.
Kastro is a tireless artist in his pursuit of materials, textures and structures to create works that communicate a diverse range of feelings and emotions. The colors he favors, such as red, black and brown, bring a powerful personality to his creations.
In 2018, he founded Maculae, an artistic collective bringing together artists from various disciplines with the aim of sharing artistic experiences and contributing to the national artistic market.
What particularly distinguishes Kastro's work within Abstract Expressionism is his unique use of color and his ability to give shape and place to each piece he creates. Each of his works is an expression of emotions and creativity.
